August Intensive
Peggy Baker Dance Projects returns with a progressive curriculum for its August 2017 Intensive. Led by master teachers, this workshop is designed for professional dancers and pre-professional dance students enrolled in full-time dance training programs.
Registration Options
Option 1 – Take advantage of lower pricing by registering for the full intensive! Choose between two distinct full week streams: Repertory or Creative Practice. For dancers in the Repertory stream, the intensive closes with a public showcase at dance: made in canada/fait au canada (d:mic/fac) Festival on Saturday, August 19 at 2pm in the Betty Oliphant Theatre.
d:mic/fac Festival is a biennial festival of Canadian contemporary dance works. It runs from August 17-20, 2017 at the Betty Oliphant Theatre. For full programming and to buy tickets click here: http://bit.ly/2r6mWE6.
Option 2 – devise your own training schedule, comprised of a full week of an individual course or courses.
Option 3 – attend a full week of Creative Practice and Open Studio sessions.
Option 4 – single class registration or drop-in. (Drop-ins are subject to availability. Given the popularity of the intensive, and the relatively small class capacities, we strongly encourage you to pre-register for single classes if possible).
