Kirsten Sullivan

Kirsten Sullivan is a Toronto based dancer, performer, choreographer and teacher. She is a graduate of the Ryerson School of Performance, the 2017 recipient of the Lipson Family Endowment Award - honouring excellence in performance and choreography, and a 2019/2020 RBC emerging artist with Peggy Baker Dance Projects. Her creative work and choreography has been supported by Dance Matters, Kaeja D’dance, Ryerson University, New Blue Dance and Release Dance Projects. Kirsten has extensive experience in a multitude of movement languages, and takes influence from her experiences training in partnering and floor driven practices. Currently focused on working in the space between the known and unknown, Kirsten aims to create opportunities for communal collaboration, exchange, and participation.
